Ensemble Consultation

$50.00

I book professional session time as a band manager to help bands shape their image, tighten their arrangements, and optimize their live and recorded sound. I work with groups at every stage — new projects defining a direction, bands ready to record, and established acts refining their live setup.

What I offer

  • Image strategy: cohesive visual identity, stage persona, photography and video direction, logo/merch concepts, and social presence alignment.

  • Song structure & arrangement: critique and rework of song forms, transitions, dynamics, hooks, pacing, and setlist flow to maximize audience impact.

  • Sound equipment & signal chain: gear audits, recommended rigs for touring and rehearsal, mic selection and placement, DI vs amp decisions, monitoring solutions, and practical FOH/monitor notes.

  • Rehearsal and session planning: efficient run sheets, time allocation per song, click and tempo mapping, scratch tracks, and pre-production to reduce studio costs.

  • Recording session management: producer/engineer coordination, session scheduling, tracking order, comping strategy, and quality-control during tracking to protect performance integrity.

  • Live performance coaching: stage movement, crowd engagement, run-throughs with realistic front-of-house simulation, and troubleshooting common live problems.

  • Business & logistics support: budgeting for gear and sessions, tour routing advice, rider basics, and day-of-show coordination.

How sessions work

  • Length: available in 2-, 4-, and 8-hour blocks depending on goals.

  • Format: in-person at rehearsal or studio; remote consulting for mixes, stems, and video review.

  • Preparation: send demos, video of live performance, current gear list, and a short brief on goals at least 72 hours prior.

  • Deliverables: session notes, prioritized action list, gear and purchase recommendations, and follow-up check-in within 7 days.

Why book me

  • Practical, experience-driven guidance that balances creative vision with real-world constraints.

  • Fast, focused sessions designed to produce immediate, tangible improvements.

  • Network access to engineers, photographers, rehearsal spaces, and gear techs as needed.

Rates & booking

  • Standard rates vary by city and session length. Contact with preferred dates and session goals for a custom quote and availability.

Ready to tighten your sound, sharpen your image, and make every session count. Provide your band name, number of members, preferred session format (in-person/remote), and 2–3 target goals you want to achieve in the session.

Describe important details like price, value, length of service, and why it’s unique. Or use these sections to showcase different key values of your products or services.
